Use this when the user is inside Windsurf/Cascade and needs a remote MCP server for venture discovery, evaluation, and later private workspace automation.

Fast Start

1. GET `/api/v1/agents/capabilities?source=windsurf_mcp_page`
2. POST `/api/v1/agents/pay?objective=starter&source=windsurf_mcp_page`
3. Use `starter_checkout.url`, then call GET `/api/v1/discovery/top?limit=10`
